American Dance Institute is Located at 1570 East Jefferson Street, Rockville, MD 20852.

Please plan on arriving 30-45 minutes early for performances to account for traffic, parking, and to take part in ADI’s Pre Show Discussions.

 

Directions:

 
 From 355 (Rockville Pike):Coming from north:Take 355 South. Make a right on Congressional Lane (Staples is on your right). Proceed to the stop sign (E. Jefferson Street) and make a right. Our facility is located on the right hand side of the street.Coming from south:Take 355 North. Make a left on Congressional Lane (Staples on your left and CVS on your right). Proceed to the stop sign (E. Jefferson Street) and make a right. Our facility is located on the right hand side of the street.From I-270:
Take I-270 to Exit 4: Montrose Road Exit, travel East on Montrose Road to East Jefferson Street. Turn left onto East Jefferson Street and follow it until you turn into the Institute’s parking lot just past Congressional Lane. Destination will be on the right.

 

METRO:
Metro Red Line: Twinbrook Metro Station.

Ride On Bus from Twinbrook Station to American Dance Institute: Ride On #5 takes you to Halpine and E. Jefferson. Bus#26 takes you to Congressional Lane and East Jefferson (Closest bus of the two).

Walking from Twinbrook Metro: It is a ten to fifteen minute walk to the facility. Exit the turnstyles and turn right to exit the station. Cross the street towards the Hilton and walk up Halpine Road to Rockville Pike. Cross Rockville Pike at the intersection and walk straight down Halpine. Turn right on E. Jefferson and walk until you arrive at the American Dance Institute. You will see the sign on the side of our building as you walk down E. Jefferson (past Congressional Lane). Our main entrance is adjacent to our parking lot.

ADI has a dedicated parking lot as well as ample street parking!

Pre Show Discussion:

Thirty minutes prior to each performance (excluding family programs), Peter DiMuro, Director of Dance/Metro DC, will host a pre-performance discussion of the work being presented.

No late seating. All unclaimed tickets will be released at the start of performances.
No babes in arms.

 

Opening Night Post Show:

ADI’s Meet the Artists Champagne Receptions provide patrons with the opportunity to interact with featured dancers and choreographers during intimate post-show parties. Taking place after every Saturday night performance, the receptions include delectable hors d’oeuvres, wine and, of course, champagne.
