Register For Classes
To register your child for the 2012-2013 school year, please read the directions below carefully.
Please fill out the Registration Form and submit it to the front desk: Mail or drop off at: American Dance Institute, 1570 E Jefferson St., Rockville, MD 20852 E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.comFax: (301) 468-5841
1. Please set up a profile prior to submitting the registration form. This is a required step for registration and should take no longer than 5 minutes to set up. To set up a profile, use the link below:
2. In the top right hand corner, click the sign up button to get started.
3. Under New to our site?, enter your first and last name. Click next.
4. The Create an Account Screen should appear next. If so, proceed to step 5. If not, and the Find Account Screen appears instead, please click Create a new account. *NOTE* If you have NEVER taken class or enrolled your child at the American Dance Institute, disregard the suggested names that appear.
5. Please enter the student’s information under Contact Information. Please fill out ALL fields whether it is listed as required or not.
Next, enter your primary e-mail address under Login and create a password. The e-mail address you provide will be the primary form of contact for all information regarding your child’s registration, account issues, school and event information, and class cancellations.
Finally, Click Add Family Member under the Family Members column. Enter Parent Information. It is necessary that we have a profile for our parents as well so please fill in ALL fields. The relationship should be set as Parent/Guardian of child. DO NOT SELECT “PAID FOR BY”. Hit Save when you have added all the parent information. Click Create Account to continue.
6. You have successfully created your account! You should be logged onto our default page that shows our current adult dance classes. Please click the My Info tab towards the top to finish completing your profile. The last step is to enter billing information for your child. Please make sure you enter the billing information under the student and NOT the parent profile. Please provide a valid credit card so that we may process your registration. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard ONLY. If you wish to pay by check, you can leave the Billing Information blank. Click the save button.
7. Now that you have successfully created your online profile, you are one step closer to registering your child for class. Please fill out a Registration Form, also available at ADI’s front desk. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once we have processed your deposit and/or full tuition payment. Thank you for enrolling in the American Dance Institute, it’s going to be a great year!
